At BIMORE we fully incorporate a methodology for project-long collaboration and update among parties, which maintains clear responsibilities borders between designers and contractors. We work closely with clients to determine what are the issues of IP rights and ownership of the models to ensure responsibility remains with each team.

We have developed our own auditing procedures and checklists to determine the elements level of detail required at each project delivery stage, and verify complete facility management information is included in the model, be it specifications, warranty data, life-cycle assessments or performance requirements.

  • Technical management of BIM project content source, data sets and workflows, to maintain the parametric database within BIM.
  • Evaluate the BIM model to determine if it meets the required criteria according to project requirements, and review if resultant drawings and sheets derive from the BIM model and match 3D representation.
  • Test and validate linked, attached and embedded data within BIM models for code compliance.
  • Carry-out specific change management procedures to control design changes are reflected on the BIM model at every stage, and to analyze technical feasibility and impact on costs.
